HOW TO USE

Use 1-3 times per week. Gently apply a small amount to damp clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Massage lightly in small circular motions for up to 30 seconds, rinse with warm water.

Tips:
Exfoliate in circular motions in an upward direction.
Gentle is key, heavy pressure is not required to exfoliate.
Avoid over-exfoliating, this can over-stimulate the skin.
Ease in, when you first incorporate exfoliation into your routine.
Start by exfoliating once a week for the first month.
